H.P. Gartner Management Ltd. is a family owned and operated property management company based in Lloydminster.
Herman and Eileen Gartner started H.P. Gartner Management Ltd. in 1980 as the leasing and development side of Craftex Construction, which they owned and operated from 1966 until 1995. Herman and Eileen were joined by their son Wade in 1995 and he currently operates the family business.
At H.P. Gartner Management Ltd. we offer rental space in various prime locations on both the Alberta and Saskatchewan sides of Lloydminster. Whether you need a small professional office, or a 19,000 square foot industrial shop, we can meet your needs. We also offer build to suit development, designed specifically to meet our clients needs.
